Receta Malaysian Pancake/Crepe
Bored of eating pancakes/crepes with the same old fillings? Try out this Malaysian version which has different flavours that your family and friends would enjoy. The texture is a breed of a crepe and pancake and is tasty when eaten warm or cold.
Ingredientes
- Pancake:
- 110g plain flour
- A pinch of salt
- 300ml of full-cream milk (or low fat is fine)
- Splash of oil to avoid from sticking
- Filling:
- Cream of sweet corn
- Roasted and grounded peanuts
- Sugar for sprinkling
Direcciones
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients for the pancake.
- Then heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle and half of the pancake batter and top with the fillings.
- Cover the pan for about 4-5minutes allowing the pancake to cook through.
- Open the lid and fold the pancake into half-moon and remove from heat and serve warm or cold as snacks.
