Ingredientes
- 1 (1 lb.) bag fresh spinach
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin orange sections, liquid removed
- 1 bunch spring onions, sliced (bottoms only)
- 4-5 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, washed & sliced
- Salt & freshly grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Prepare spinach for salad. Chill. To serve add in orange sections, onions, bacon, mushrooms and seasonings. Toss with French dressing. Serves 4-6.
