Ingredientes

  • 4 x mangoes
  • 5 x passionfruit
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour, plain
  • 2/3 c. flour, plain
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, grnd
  • 90 gm butter

Direcciones

  1. Combine mangoes and passionfruit pulp in shallow ovenproof dish.
  2. Combine lowfat sour cream, sugar, Large eggs and flour in bowl and beat till smooth. Pour over mango mix. Sprinkle with crumble topping and bake in a moderate oven for 30 min till set and golden.
  3. Serve hot or possibly cool with whipped cream or possibly ice-cream.
  4. Crumble topping:Combine flour, sugar, coconut, lemon rind and cinnamon in a bowl; rub in butter till mix resembles fine breadcrumbs.
