Receta Mango And Passionfruit Crumble

Ingredientes
- 4 x mangoes
- 5 x passionfruit
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
- 2 Tbsp. flour, plain
- 2/3 c. flour, plain
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. coconut
- 1 tsp grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, grnd
- 90 gm butter
Direcciones
- Combine mangoes and passionfruit pulp in shallow ovenproof dish.
- Combine lowfat sour cream, sugar, Large eggs and flour in bowl and beat till smooth. Pour over mango mix. Sprinkle with crumble topping and bake in a moderate oven for 30 min till set and golden.
- Serve hot or possibly cool with whipped cream or possibly ice-cream.
- Crumble topping:Combine flour, sugar, coconut, lemon rind and cinnamon in a bowl; rub in butter till mix resembles fine breadcrumbs.
