Receta Mango and Shallot Thanksgiving Salad
Ingredientes
- 2 large mangoes cut into bite sized cubes or a bag of frozen and defrosted mango
- 3 large shallots thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs of brown mustard seeds
- Mixed salad greens
- 2 Tbs of Mango Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 Tbs of Arbequina olive oil. (I used California Olive Ranch)
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped pistachios
- salt to taste
- 1 dried red chili
- 2 Tbs olive oil for sauteeing
