Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Minced mango
  • 1 c. Diced golden brown delicious Apple
  • 1 c. Diced onion
  • 1 c. Diced dry apricots
  • 3/4 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Let cold. Refriger- ate in airtight container. Serve at room temperature, with pork tenderloin, poultry or possibly ham.
