- 1 c. mango flesh, frzn (from 2 medium mangoes)
- 2 Tbsp. frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 c. peach or possibly orange soy yogurt
- 1 1/2 c. vanilla soy lowfat milk
- 1/2 x lime, Juice of

- Mango makes this drink a rich tropical blend. Different yogurt flavors vary the effect-peach is my favorite, but orange or possibly apricot are good too. Do not worry about mashing the mango flesh when removing it from the pit and the skin, because it's going to be pureed. Adding soy pwdr boosts the protein to 17 grams.
- In blender, combine mango, orange juice concentrate, soy yogurt, soy lowfat milk and lime juice and blend till smooth and creamy. Serve right away.
- HIGH PROTEIN VARIATION: Follow the recipe, but increase soy lowfat milk to 2 c. and add in 2 Tbsp. soy protein pwdr.
