Mango Orange Sorbet

Ingredientes

  • 5 c. minced mango
  • 2 c. frzn orange juice concentrate, unthawed
  • 1/3 c. bottled water
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

Direcciones

  1. Place mango in blender, and blend till smooth. Add in remaining ingredients and blend till thoroughly combined Pour into ungreased 8 or possibly 9-inch square pan. Cover, and freeze till almost hard, 5 to 7 hrs.
  2. Spoon into chilled processor bowl, and process till light and fluffy, but not thawed. Transfer to covered container, and freeze till hard, 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Makes 10 (1/2 c.) servings.
