Ingredientes

  • 3 pound peaches (weight after skinning, removing seeds), minced
  • 2 lg. mangos (about 1 1/2 pound prepared fruit), minced
  • 1 lg. green pepper, minced
  • 2 lg. onions, minced
  • 2 jalapeno chilies, seeded & minced fine
  • 4 lg. garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 c. fresh ginger, peeled & minced fine
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large kettle (one which does not react with vinegar), bring to a boil and boil very slowly about 3 hrs, stirring frequently and watching closely to prevent burning. Put boiling warm into freshly sterilized warm jars, sealing with paraffin if they are not canning jars.
