Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. Minced peeled mango
- 2/3 c. Low-salt chicken broth
- 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Grated peeled gingerroot
- 1 tsp Chopped seeded serrano chile
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, and cook over medium heat 10 min, stirring occasionally. Pour into a blender, and process till smooth.
- Yield: 1 c. (serving size: 1/4 c.).
