Receta Mango Shrimp and Chicken Rice Bowl
The other day I made this @ work and it was the main thing we sold. It was amazing.
you Can really taste the lime!
Its Made per order so this recipe only serves one but can easily be doubled or tripled.

- heat a skillet on medium.
- Add the Shrimp and chicken.
- Stir Fry til cooked about half way.
- Add the red bell pepper and shallots.
- Fry til Shrimp is fully cooked,
- Add the remaining ingredients. Except the rice.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Simmer 15 Minutes or til thickened slightly
- When Thick Add Rice. Stir in.
- Serve
