Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 x orange
  • 1 x lime
  • 4 x mango halves

Direcciones

  1. In chafing dish: Heat butter. When warm add in sugar and stir till the sugar has dissolved. Add in orange and lime peels. Add in liqueur and flame. When the flames have died down, add in the orange & lime juices and cook till it has reduced slightly and is just turning brown. Add in the mango halves. When the syrup starts to bubble, add in the tequila and flame again. Serve immediately, either as is or possibly over ice cream.
