Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese (Romano or possibly Parmesan)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp. minced, fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Combine cheeses, beaten egg and parsley. Spread small amount of filling down center of manicotti noodle and roll up. Place seam down in shallow 9"x13" baking dish.
  2. For topping, simmer tomato puree, onion, garlic and sugar together for 45 min. Pour sauce over manicotti. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
