Receta Manicotti Filling

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated cheese (Romano or possibly Parmesan)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. minced, fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Combine cheeses, beaten egg and parsley. Spread small amount of filling down center of manicotti noodle and roll up. Place seam down in shallow 9"x13" baking dish.
- For topping, simmer tomato puree, onion, garlic and sugar together for 45 min. Pour sauce over manicotti. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
