Marble Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredientes

  • 2 x 8-ounce pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. cooked or possibly canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 dsh cloves
  • 1 dsh nutmeg
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 x graham cracker crust
  • 1/3 c. mini-semi-sweet chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle some of the chocolate morsels on the bottom of the pie crust
  2. (wide coverage, but not too many). Heat the rest in microwave.
  3. Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and spices till well blended.
  4. Add in Large eggs and mix well.
  5. Remove 1/3 c. of mix and mix with melted chocolate. Pour rest of cheese mix into crust. Spoon chocolate mix on top and swirl with a table knife or possibly spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till center is almost set.
  6. Chill 3 hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and minced pecans Or possibly chocolate shavings.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
