Receta Marble Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 2 x 8-ounce pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. cooked or possibly canned pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dsh cloves
- 1 dsh nutmeg
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 x graham cracker crust
- 1/3 c. mini-semi-sweet chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Sprinkle some of the chocolate morsels on the bottom of the pie crust
- (wide coverage, but not too many). Heat the rest in microwave.
- Mix cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla and spices till well blended.
- Add in Large eggs and mix well.
- Remove 1/3 c. of mix and mix with melted chocolate. Pour rest of cheese mix into crust. Spoon chocolate mix on top and swirl with a table knife or possibly spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min or possibly till center is almost set.
- Chill 3 hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and minced pecans Or possibly chocolate shavings.
- Makes 8 servings.
