4 c. Chablis wind
1 c. Green creme de menthe
1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
1 tsp Dry mint (crushed)
2 Tbsp. Louisiana warm sauce
1 c. Soy sauce
1 c. Water
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
Mix all ingredients. Marinade lamb or possibly goat 6 to 12 hrs, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as it cooks.
