Marinade For Steak

Ingredientes

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sherry wine
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. minced onion

Juice and grated rind of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Marinate meat for 1-2 hrs. Save sauce for basting. Top with pineapple or possibly mushrooms.
