Receta Marinade For Teriyaki

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Kikkoman's Soy Sauce
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fresh grated garlic
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ounce bourbon
Direcciones
- To change the flavor a little, use brown sugar instead of white. Marinate meat for 24 to 48 hrs in refrigerator. It is great for steaks, chops, roasts (London Broil) and chicken. The thicker the meat the longer it should marinade.
- When you are ready to cook, retain the marinade and add in a little corn starch. Heat in sauce pan to thicken. stir as you go. When done, use it to baste the meat as you cook or possibly use it as a sauce when served.
- Here is a marinade for Teriyaki which I got in Hawaii. I do not like the bottled stuff.
