Ingredientes

  • 9 ounce pkg. frzn artichoke hearts
  • 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Cook artichoke hearts in boiling salted water till tender about 5 min; drain. In a small jar, shake together wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper till salt dissolves. Add in oil and shake again. Pour this over artichokes. Serve at room temperature.
