Receta Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Ingredientes
- 9 ounce pkg. frzn artichoke hearts
- 2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Cook artichoke hearts in boiling salted water till tender about 5 min; drain. In a small jar, shake together wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper till salt dissolves. Add in oil and shake again. Pour this over artichokes. Serve at room temperature.
