Receta Marinated Chicken Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 20 mushroom caps, med. size
- 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Clean and stem mushrooms, place in a flat pan or possibly cookie sheet (do not stack). In small bowl mix marinade ingredients together and pour around mushrooms (do not pour inside caps). Let marinate overnight or possibly at least 5 hrs.
