Receta Marinated Cornish Hens

Ingredientes
- 4 Cornish hens
- 1 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- 1. Remove bags with liver and neck from hens, wash well with cool water and then pat dry.
- 2. Rub hens with oil.
- 3. Place hens in glass bowl and pour marinade sauce over hens.
- 4. Let hens marinate overnight and turn 4-6 times during this process.
- 5. Remove hens from marinade and place on rack in roasting pan.
- 6. Roast hens at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 min, turning once during cooking time and basting with the marinade sauce.
- 7. When done hens should be fork tender and juices should run clear. Serves 4.
