Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. minced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp minced fresh oregano
  • 1/4 c. pimento-stuffed green olives sliced thinly
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
  • 1 lb cooked blue crab claws outer shells removed from claw meat

Direcciones

  1. In a large, glass bowl, combine all the ingredients except the crab claws and whisk to mix well. Add in the crab claws and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. Serve chilled.
  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 appetizer portions.
