Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. minced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp minced fresh oregano
- 1/4 c. pimento-stuffed green olives sliced thinly
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1 lb cooked blue crab claws outer shells removed from claw meat
Direcciones
- In a large, glass bowl, combine all the ingredients except the crab claws and whisk to mix well. Add in the crab claws and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Serve chilled.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 appetizer portions.
