Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. sherry
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 tbsp. Bar-B-Q sauce

Direcciones

  1. 1 clove garlic (chopped) 1 bunch green onions in 1/2 inch pcs 2 lg. carrots (cut in slivers) 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  2. Marinate flank steak for 1 hour. Drain, reserve marinade.
  3. Stir fry in oil flank steak, garlic and green onions. Pre-steam carrots slightly. Carrots should still be slightly crisp. Add in mushrooms, carrots and remaining marinade to meat. Serve on rice.
