Ingredientes

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms
  • 1 lg. (16 ounce) bottle low cal Italian dressing

Direcciones

  1. Cut cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Stem mushrooms, slice. Add in tomatoes. Mix together and add in dressing. Cover and chill 7 hrs or possibly overnight. Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
