Ingredientes

  • 6 med -size Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Spanish capers
  • 1/4 c. Extra Virgin Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Sherry wine vinegar
  • 1 x salt & freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 clv garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry basil
  • 2 Tbsp. Onions, chopped

Direcciones

  1. From Spain tomatoes, pure extra virgin olive oil and sherry wine vinegar-an authentic Spanish dish. (Tomates Alinados con Alcaparras)
  2. Cut tomatoes in thick slices and place in a single layer in a shallow serving dish.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour mix over tomatoes cover and chill for 1 to 3 hrs before serving.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
