Ingredientes

  • 1 head cabbage, minced
  • 4 x or possibly 5 slices bacon or possibly salt
  • 1 x pork
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 13/100 tsp freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Fry bacon in large skillet on medium heat till crisp. Remove. Drain.
  2. Crumble.
  3. Add in cabbage to skillet a little at a time. Allow to wilt after each addition. Add in vinegar, sugar, and pepper. Cover. Cook about 20 min or possibly till soft. Stir in bacon just before serving.
