Receta Marjoram Grilled Chicken With Dill/Chive Sauc

Ingredientes
- 6 x Chicken breast halves (boneless, skinless)
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 6 Tbsp. Fresh marjoram
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grnd pepper
- 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh dill weed
- 1/4 c. Fresh chives
Direcciones
- Rub the chicken wtih extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with marjoram and pepper. Marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. In a skillet on medium-high heat, saute/fry the chicken for 2 min and turn. Cook 4 to 8 min longer or possibly till cooked through and browned.
- SAUCE: Combine all ingredients. Serve over the chicken.
