  • 2 Tbsp. SUGAR
  • 4 dsh VANILLA ESSENCE
  • 1 pkt TRIFLE SPONGES
  • 10 x AMARETTI BISCUITS
  • 1 c. STRONG COFFEE, cool,
  • 3 Tbsp. COFFEE LIQUEUR, or possibly AMARETTO, or possibly MARSALA
  • 2 tub MASCARPONE COCOA Pwdr, a quantity

  9. Pour the Mascarpone cheese mix over the top of this and smooth off.
  10. Put in the refrigerator to set.
  11. Approximately 1 hour before you serve it, dust the top of the cheese with cocoa pwdr.
