  • 1 1/2 c. SUGAR
  • 2/3 c. EVAPORATED Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE
  • 1/4 tsp SALT
  • 12 ounce SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • 1 tsp VANILLA

  1. IN A SAUCE PAN, COMBINE MARSHMALLOW CREAM, SUGAR, EVAPORATED Lowfat milk, BUTTER AND SALT. BRING TO A FULL BOIL. BOIL FOR FIVE Min, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND VANILLA POUR INTO FOIL LINED 8" PAN. RefrigerateFOR 2 Hrs. CUT INTO 1" SQUARES.
