Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly butter substitute
  • 1/2 c. Minced marshmallows
  • 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. Minced raisins
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Boil sugar, lowfat milk, butter, and salt to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F). Remove from fire. Add in marshmallows. Cold to room temperature. Beat till thick and creamy. Add in nuts, raisins, and flavoring. Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. Cut in squares. Ella Davis, Pleasant Unity, PA.
