  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add in pineapple juice, marshmallows and cheese. Stir till marshmallows are almost dissolved. Refrigeratetill thick and syrupy. Whip cream, fold into Jello mix. Add in well liquid removed pineapple and pecans. Refrigeratetill hard. Serves 6-8.
