Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Water
- 3/4 tsp Vinegar
- 3 x Egg whites
- 15 lrg Marshmallows, minced
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, water and vinegar in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently till mix comes to a boil and sugar disolves.
- Continue cooking, stirrin frequently till mix reaches soft ball stage
- (240 ). Beat egg whites till foamy. While beating at medium speed, slowly pour warm syrup in a thin stream over egg whites. Turn mixer to high speed and continue beating till stiff peaks form and frosting is thick sufficient to spread. Mix in marshmallows. Sufficient to cover a 3-layer cake.
