Mary Ann's Sour Cream Corn Bread

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 c. no fat lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. finely minced onion
  • 1 lg. can cream corn
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. While oven is heating, heat 9 or possibly 10 inch iron skillet or possibly heavy baking pan. Mix all ingredients together. Remove pan from oven and spray with Pam. Pour mix into pan and bake for 30 min or possibly till golden. (Tastes like hush puppies).
