Ingredientes

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. shortening (1/4 shortening, 1/4 butter)
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Add in shortening to boiling water. Add in flour and stir rapidly. Remove from fire and cold. When cold, add in unbeaten Large eggs, 1 at a time and beat well. Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 min, reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for about 25 min more. Slice off top of cream puffs and fill with the following custard.
