Ingredientes

  • 1 x 5-6 lb. London broil, about 2" thick
  • 3/4 c. Red wine
  • 1/2 lrg Maui onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 lrg Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Bay leaf, crumbled
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
  • 2 dsh Warm pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients for marinade in large zip-lock plastic bag. Add in meat.
  2. Zip bag and let London broil marinate at room temp for 4 hrs, or possibly refrigerated for 8 hrs, turning often. Prepare barbecue. Grill London Broil basting often with marinade. Cut diagonally into thin slices to serve.
