Ingredientes

  • 1 pound crabmeat, preferably backfin
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dehydrated chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Season-All salt
  • 1 bottle seafood sauce (or possibly 1 sm. bottle ketchup with 2 tbsp. horseradish
  • and 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice)

Direcciones

  1. Mix all spices with room temperature cream cheese. Remove shells from crabmeat, trying to avoid breaking up lumps. Combine cream cheese and crab and form into a ball. Refrigeratein refrigerator, covered. Just before serving, pour cocktail sauce over ball. Serve with favorite crackers.
