Receta Maryland Crab Meat Ball

Ingredientes
- 1 pound crabmeat, preferably backfin
- 2 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Season-All salt
- 1 bottle seafood sauce (or possibly 1 sm. bottle ketchup with 2 tbsp. horseradish
- and 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice)
Direcciones
- Mix all spices with room temperature cream cheese. Remove shells from crabmeat, trying to avoid breaking up lumps. Combine cream cheese and crab and form into a ball. Refrigeratein refrigerator, covered. Just before serving, pour cocktail sauce over ball. Serve with favorite crackers.
