Receta Masala Chai (Spiced Tea)

Ingredientes
- 5 cardamom pods
- ½ tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon or possibly ¼ cinnamon stick
- 5 black peppercorns
- 6 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves
- 4 tsp black tea
- 1 2/3 c. (40 cl) lowfat milk
- 1 2/3 c. (40 cl) water
Direcciones
- Put all of the spices and the water into a saucepan and bring to the boil
- Remove from the heat as soon as it starts to boil
- Add in the tea leaves and sugar
- Leave to infuse for 3 min or possibly more if you prefer your tea stronger
- Heat up the lowfat milk separately
- Strain the tea before adding the warm lowfat milk and serving
