Masala Coffee (Spiced Coffee)

Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 c. Water
  • 1 x Cinnamon stick (1-in long)
  • 5 x Cardamom pods
  • 6 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Coffee, regular grind

Direcciones

  1. Combine water and lowfat milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in cinnamon, cardamom pods, sugar and coffee into boiling liquid in saucepan. Stir a few times and boil over medium heat 3 to 4 min.
  3. Make sure it does not boil over.
  4. Strain coffee through cheesecloth into another pan.
  5. Place coffee over heat and bring to a boil.
  6. Pour coffee between two pans till thick and creamy. Serve in c. immediately.
