Receta Masala Coffee (Spiced Coffee)

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 c. Water
- 1 x Cinnamon stick (1-in long)
- 5 x Cardamom pods
- 6 Tbsp. Sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Coffee, regular grind
Direcciones
- Combine water and lowfat milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add in cinnamon, cardamom pods, sugar and coffee into boiling liquid in saucepan. Stir a few times and boil over medium heat 3 to 4 min.
- Make sure it does not boil over.
- Strain coffee through cheesecloth into another pan.
- Place coffee over heat and bring to a boil.
- Pour coffee between two pans till thick and creamy. Serve in c. immediately.
