Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 c. Whole lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Yellow cornmeal
  • 2 ounce Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 c. Heavy cream - (to 1/2 c.) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring the water and lowfat milk to a boil. Slowly stir in the polenta. Cook, stirring constantly, for 15 min. Stir in the cheese. Stir in sufficient of the cream for a smooth and creamy texture. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
