Receta Mascarpone Cheese Polenta

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Water
- 2 c. Whole lowfat milk
- 1 c. Yellow cornmeal
- 2 ounce Mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream - (to 1/2 c.) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd white pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring the water and lowfat milk to a boil. Slowly stir in the polenta. Cook, stirring constantly, for 15 min. Stir in the cheese. Stir in sufficient of the cream for a smooth and creamy texture. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
