4 lrg russet potatoes (2 3/4 lbs)
5 x cloves garlic peeled,sliced in 1/2
1 c. vegetable broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or possibly 1 tsp dry rosemary
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. italian parsley chopped
Direcciones
Boil potatoes till tender. Mash with the remaining ingredients.
