Ingredientes

  • 3 pound sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked & mashed or possibly canned & liquid removed
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 T orange juice
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • Pecans

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients, except topping and put in casserole dish. For topping, put together the brown sugar and melted butter and pour on top of sweet potatoes in casserole. Add in as many pecans as you want to the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
