Ingredients: 10 c. unbleached flour; 1 c. buttermilk pwdr; 6 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed); 1/4 c. grated orange zest; 8 tsp baking pwdr; 4 tsp baking soda; 1 1/2 tsp salt; 1 tsp grnd cinnamon

Ingredientes

10 c. unbleached flour
1 c. buttermilk pwdr
6 c. light brown sugar - (firmly packed)
1/4 c. grated orange zest
8 tsp baking pwdr
4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

Whisk together flour, buttermilk pwdr, brown sugar, orange zest, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Store by 3-c. quantities in resealable plastic bags or possibly airtight containers.
This recipe yields 6 (3-c.) bags.
