Receta Max's Russian Dills

Ingredientes
- 2 c. white vinegar, 4 to 6% acidity
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. pickling salt (canning)
Direcciones
- Sterilize jars. Put clove of garlic in bottom and a head of dill. Layer 1/4 inch sliced, washed cucumbers in jar, then slice of onion till jar is filled. On top put more dill and another clove of garlic.
- Bring to boil and pour over cucumbers. Seal and process in water bath 10 min qts, 5 min pints.
