Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. hamburger meat
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 lg. onions
  • 3 Large eggs (1 egg for each pound of meat)
  • 1 pkg. (individual wrapped) crackers, crushed fine
  • 1 1/2 ounce. chili pwdr
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and roll into balls. 2 pts. tomato juice
  2. In large pan layer cabbage (or possibly wrapped meatballs in leaf). Add in tomato juice and sufficient water to keep it from burning Cook slowly for about 1 hour.
